Medellin v. Texas

Dahlia Lithwick over at Slate.com has an amusing piece on the Medellin v. Texas case, argued yesterday at the Supreme Court. It is a complicated case, involving the death penalty, foreign nationals, the International Court of Justice, the federal executive branch and a state judicial branch, among other things.
